Chapter 20: Rumors become truth

In Chapter 20 Ursula is reading in newspaper that the Donaghys are really suing Rocky River school district. In her mind this only making things worse. And her dad, who is a professional in these things, agrees with her. The rumor seems to be truth now. What's Ursula going to do?
