Chapter 7: Matt + Ursula = ???

The first contact between Matt and Ursula. An epic event, isn't it? But let's recall chapter 7 to prove, whether the moment was really as grandious as I introduced it no more than one sentence ago:
Matt got a mail from someone called "Ursula Riggs", but Matt isn't sure, whether it's really Ursula, with who he isn't very familiar with, or some of his friends setting up for Ursula. The only way to find out: to call Ursula back like she wrote in her mail. And so Matt does. He phones Ursula and they had a little discussion, which ends up with Ursula willing to be Matt's witness. But is there something behind the walls of the polite discussion? It's hard to say as they are both showing no feelings for each other in their thoughts - no demand of friendship or love. But isn't the book title saying "Big Mouth & Ugly Girl"? The title sounds like Matt and Ursula are friends or a couple. But at the moment, I see nothing like that! Maybe there is something big coming in the next chapters, so:
