Chapter 12: An (un-)usual Day

In general you can split chapter 12 in two events:

1) Ursula meets principle
2) Ursula meets Bonny and Eveann

Chapter 12 is partly summerizing what happend to Ursula in the last two weeks (e.g. her refreshed friendship with Eveann) and partly showing that she got principle's reputation. None of the events in chapter 12 is really changing Ursula in any way but confirming the reader that Ursula's relationship to Matt is still the same like in chapter 10:
avoid contact at any cost.
