I think this chapter is so mysterious that we should ask Matt Donaghy himself about this chapter as he should know more than we do:
Me: Right, Matt?
Matt: "I ... do?"
Me: I think so. So ... what should I think about this chapter?
Matt: "I ... don't know."
Me: Erm... weird. You really can't help me in my situation, can you?
Matt: “Is something wrong at ...home? Did something happen to ...my mom?”
Me: Your parents are fine, but back to the topic: What should I think about the chapter?
Matt's heart stopped and he died.
Hm... got no answer. Weird :S
